"I can't complain at all very nice help at the front desk the only problem I had I couldn't find the channels on the TV LOL other than that very very nice"

"The pool was closed which was fine, but there were no outdoor chairs to sit outside, we were stuck in our room and it was beautiful weather. In the morning, breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:00am. We went down to the breakfast area at 8:40am, most everything was already put away and they were mopping the floors. We ended up with only a cup of coffee for each."

"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."

They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I needed them and they didn’t disturb my peace during my time of hardship. They respected my privacy and created a peaceful environment for me to work through my crisis. "
