"Every time I stay the room is clean and the shower is hot! This is the only hotel that I stay in when in Fayetteville."

"Almost no shower pressure making it very difficult to rinse shampoo and actually get clean. Also, worst check in experience I have had in a long time. The woman at the desk was not only rude but actively chose to make things difficult. She walked away from the phone when told the booking site was going to call her when there was a problem with my reservation. She then ignored me for a bit when I was given a new confirmation number. She then wouldn’t provide a receipt for food. When I tried to double check that she spelled my name correctly, she condescendingly said “I have your license” when all I wanted to do was be sure she didn’t assume the spelling. She was just outright hostile and nasty. Just a completely horrible experience. I would not book here again."

"The pool and hot tub was perfect for the stay. In a great area with lots of restaurants/ shopping to do. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great place I would definitely stay here again. "

"Traveled 14 hrs, got to hotel around 10pm exhausted from the long drive we checked in unloaded the car got up to the room started unpacking and started finding issues like the tub being dirty, no inside locks on the door only the key card lock, the lights don’t work in half of our room, the WiFi didn’t work and stains on the carpet and walls. We were staying there for 8 nights and I never complain I’ve stayed at super 8s before which are usually worse but my experience the super 8s were better and I was not paying $1,000 for 8 nights and dealing with all of that so we packed up and left around midnight after fighting for a refund. "
