The nearest bathing beach is Flügge/Püttsee (3 km), next larger shopping facilities in Petersdorf (approx. 5 km) with Aldi, Edeka, bakery, newspaper, lottery and gift shop, doctor and hairdresser. If the weather is not so good, the mill museum offers a great change. In the neighboring town of Altjellingsdorf you can take a sightseeing flight over Fehmarn, because that is where Germany's smallest airport is located. You just want to switch off from everyday life?
