This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting.

Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.

Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.

Stayed here for a few nights for business (UN agencies, short bus ride away): location is practical (right next to airport + train station - just jump on the #5 bus - same bus also takes you into the city). Mindful that this is mainly serving the conference centre and so is a working location, not for touristy purposes. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Stayed here since we had an extremely early flight out. We were able to walk to the hotel from the airport and vice versa. The snack bar was open late, which worked great since it meant we didn’t have to look for something that would be open for dinner. We had a pizza and pasta, which were surprisingly good. Lovely property in France, convenient to Geneva Airport with restaurant that is open late.

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.

The room was good. The bed is soft. The couch is much firmer and so so to sleep on. I love that the number 10 bus is right there and can take you to the airport in minutes.
