In Portocolom, on the eastern coast of Mallorca, you will find the 88 m² holiday apartment S'Algar, whose special feature is a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers a comfortable living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area, a private,furnished balcony awaits you - an invitation to start the day with a delicious breakfast, while you let your gaze wander over the alleys of the village. The absolute highlight, however, is the shared rooftop terrace, which is partially roofed and equipped with several dining areas and sun loungers. From here you have a spectacular view of the harbour of the coastal town as well as of the glittering Mediterranean Sea. This place fulfills every heart's desire! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are right beyond your door and the beach El Arenal, with wonderful views, clear water and soft sand, is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive (1.5 km) from the property. On the other side of the harbour you will find the beach of Cala Marçal - a wide beach with many bars and restaurants nearby.

A pieceful vacation in a splendid flat

Pros: The flat was cozy and well disposed. We enjoyed both the flat itself and the terrace on top of the building. Cons: If we - supposedly - should consider rebooking we have 2 obstacles: - The permittance of smoking in the flat (although we did not feel anything) - The high amount (600 euros) for deposit
