The villa Era of Pou is surrounded by acres of land that has a 1000 m² garden with Mediterranean vegetation. On the lower level is the spacious, bright living / dining room with comfortable sofas and a dining table for family meals. The fireplace on cooler days, for a cozy atmosphere. Large wooden doors lead to a covered terrace with a large dining table. In the basement are still at the well-equipped kitchen and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double with en-suite shower room and a further bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom. A large covered balcony offers lovely views over the garden and pool.
Outdoor area

Beautiful partly covered terrace with furniture. Laterally, a grill house with brick barbecue, sink and small bathroom with shower / WC (cold water) and washing machine. A staircase leads to the pool (9m x 4.5m) with stone terrace and loungers. Parking is available on the property.

Immer wieder schön

Wir waren nun bereits das dritte Mal in dieser Finca und planen gerade Aufenthalt Nummer 4. Da wir die überkritische Bewertung vorher nicht ganz nachvollziehen können, möchten wir nun eine Lanze für "unsere" Finca brechen. Unsere Finca weil es schon ein bisschen Zuhause geworden ist. Erstmal das "Negative": Die Finca ist kein Luxus, sondern schlicht und einfacher Standard, was sich auch im niedrigen Preis wiederspiegelt. Es ist jedoch alles in Schuss und funktionsfähig. Und es wird jedes Jahr einiges erneuert. Ameisen? Wirklich ein Kritikpunkt??? Es ist auf dem Land, da gibt es noch ganz andere Tiere! Wir hatten Ameisen bei drei Aufenthalten jedoch nie im Haus, nur am Pool. Positiv: Der Rest. Punkt. Es herrscht dort eine himmlische Ruhe, hört nur Hunde, Schafe, Hähne und Esel. Für mich ist der Blick von der Terrasse Erholung pur, ich bin sofort ganz ruhig und genieße. Der Pool ist sauber, wird regelmäßig vom sympathischen Hausbesitzer gereinigt, der sich auch um die wunderschöne Gartenanlage kümmert. Das Haus ist auch sauber bei Anreise, was man daraus macht, nun ja... Kinder haben hier viel Platz zum Natur erforschen und toben. Wir haben hier schon Urlaub zu dritt gemacht, aber auch zu sechst und man hat auch mit zwei Familien ausreichend Platz, sich mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Wer Wert auf Ruhe, Freiheit legt, sich klar darüber ist, dass hier Selbstversorgung mit Kochen und etwas Putzen dazu gehört, wem Schlichtheit nichts ausmacht - buchen! Wer den Luxus eines Kreuzfahrtschiffes braucht, wo die Kabinen zweimal täglich gereinigt werden und auch sonst jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen wird, bucht bitte Kreuzfahrt oder Hotel. Wir haben diese Finca ganz fest in unser Herz geschlossen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Ausstattung muss dringend erneuert werden

Positiv: Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage, herrlicher Ausblick - Pool ausreichend groß und tief, wird regelmäßig gereinigt - schöne Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück - die Gegend ist sehr schön, Cas Concos ist ein nettes Dörfchen Negativ: die Fotos zeigen nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses, das Haus ist abgewohnt - die Betten sind eine Katastrophe, die Beine wackeln, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen - Badezimmer: Armaturen schmuddelig, Türen schlagen falsch auf, Riss in Türfüllung oben - Terrassenmöbel ohne Polster, Stühle teilweise verbogen und wackelig - Insektenschutznetze unprofessionell angebracht, unzureichend - Küchengeräte OK, Besteck uralt, Pfannen+Töpfe unbrauchbar - alle Fenster und Türen mit Einfachglas: Unfallgefahr - Liegen: Reinigung erforderlich, kein verstellbares Kopfteil - Außenleuchten müssen erneuert werden - Wäschewechsel und Zwischenreinigung erfolgte erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage (viel zu spät) - Grillrost verdreckt - Ameisen in Küche und auf der Terrasse Fazit: das Haus ist in dem Zustand nicht weiter zu empfehlen
