"Der Aufenthalt war super! Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool ist super groß und nach hinten hin um die 2m tief. Der Vermieter ist super nett und trotz der sprachlichen Hürde war es trotzdem möglich sich zu verständigen. Der Vermieter war super nett und freundlich. Es gibt einen großen Unterstellplatz für mindestens 2 Autos und einen Grillplatz, den wir leider nicht genutzt haben. Aber es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. "In general we had a great, relaxed stay. The house was very clean and close to the beach and supermarket. The only con was the photos from the website don‘t represent how it really looks. The interior looks a bit old and the lightning is very cold and dark. So we didn’t feel that comfortable inside. Therefore the outside area was really nice. Furthermore the dogs in the neighbourhood are barking a lot which was annoying. Tony was very friendly and helped us with all of our question....

"Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene einstöckige Finca! Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage und ein großer Pool! Im Haus sind schon einige Mängel, defekte Fliegengitter in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, keine vernünftigen Nachttische, nur 4 Aussenstühle auf der Terrasse ( wir waren nur zu zweit)! Kein Mückenschutz in den Badezimmern! Gute Lage zwischen Felanitx und Cala d‘Or etwas abseits der Straße, die man dennoch hört! Das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr schön!"
