Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Nach 12 Tagen sind wir wieder zurück aus der Moli d´en Cavea. Die Mühle entspricht den Angaben im Inserat nicht ganz. Zum einen ist sie erheblich geräumiger als angegeben, anderseits ist der angebotene Kamin nicht vorhanden. Es gibt eine sehr schöne alte Feuerstelle, welche aber nur zu Dekorationszwecken dient. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Mühle nicht wirklich gut gereinigt. Überall hingen Spinnweben, die Spülmaschine benötigte eine Grundreinigung und ein paar der bereitgelegten Handtücher waren fleckig. Im wirklich sehr schönen Innenbrunnen lagen diverse tote Insekten. Der Pool waren leider voller Taubenmist und Feigenblätter, genauso wie die gesamte Außenanlage. Die Sitzecke am Haus war wegen der überreifen Trauben nicht nutzbar. Schön ist das Grillhaus am Pool, leider war auch der Sonnenschirm defekt. Nach 5 Tagen fiel die Warmwasserversorgung aus, wurde aber 3 Tage und mehrere Telefonate später repariert. Es gibt keine persönliche Übergabe und auch keine schriftlichen Infos zum Haus, nur ein paar allgemeine Hinweise zur Cala D´Or auf Englisch?!? Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, die Betten sauber, nur der Schimmel in den Bädern, vor allem an den Duschvorhängen und die aufgrund des muffigen Geruchs nicht nutzbaren Schränke in Küche, Bädern und Schlafzimmer 2 bieten große Kritikpunkte. Hier könnte mit einfachen Mitteln Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Direkt hinter dem Poolhaus befindet sich eine kleine Lagerhalle, welche des öfteren besucht wird. Ganz privat wohnt man in der Mühle daher nicht. Insgesamt jedoch war nach einigen Putzarbeiten unsererseits der Aufenthalt in der Mühle sehr angenehm, Cas Concos bietet eingeschränkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich. Wir hatten zum ersten Mal ein Haus über eine Agentur und nicht von Privat gebucht und können der Agentur auch zum Saisonende nur empfehlen, den Zustand des Objekts besser zu kontrollieren. Unsere Bewertung wäre, wenn die Sauberkeit besser gewesen wäre, höher ausgefallen. Aufgrund der Mängel kann es leider nur ein Mittelmäßig mit Tendenz zu Gut sein.
