"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. "This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "
