"Clean room. Nice place."

"The bathroom was nice enough and updated. The rest of the room was not really great. The beds were clean but very old mattresses and linens. Thin pillows and not many of them. The beds were on metal platforms that made loud echoing noises every time anything would brush against them or if someone got too close and bumped it. There are no lamps and only one usable outlet outside of the bathroom. The lights are spotlights that come on two at once over the beds. The beds are not comfortable....

"Other than the slightly slow lifts, everything was great. However, prior to the stay there was an annoying incident where I called the hotel, someone just lifted the receiver and left the call open but did not answer my call. I hate that. Hung on for 15mins pointlessly while I listened to staff talking with guests. I called back several hours later and this time there was no issue,"
