"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at Kings Inn. The cleanliness of the room was appalling and fell far below any reasonable standard. The floors were filthy, the phones were covered in grime, and while the restrooms appeared superficially cleaned, every detail showed neglect. For over $400 for two nights, I expected far better. Worse, when we addressed these concerns with the supervisor, Ryan, he was condescending and dismissive. He simply said, “There’s nothing I can do right now.” I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. We decided to ask for a full refund and find a different hotel. Do better Ryan! You telling us that this is not the first time someone requests a full refund for lack of quality service is very concerning."
