"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems like a recent renovation but maintains the charm of a casual beach house. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the backyard was awesome - just as the photos show. Rachelle was a helpful host and responded quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property! And I hope to come back again soon."

"Communication with the host and check in/check out were very easy. You could see into the house from the doors of the guest house but they put blinds on the guest house doors in case you wanted privacy. The iron was leaky and the plugs on the power strip that was left of the bed did not work. The location was great and we could walk to food/public transportation."

"This property is a little gem among the bigger condos. Lovely landscaping for each unit. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Walkable to dining options and to the beach area. Would definitely come back again in the area. "

"Would stay here again. The perfect size for my family of three which included my two year old. The courtyard was great for my son to run around while being in an enclosed area. The garden was beautiful and a nice neighborhood to walk around. I also have a walking disability so the area was flat enough for me to get around."

"This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family to hang out in the evening & watch movies. We had a couple minor issues but Mike was extremely helpful & quick to communicate. We will most definitely be booking again."

"The cottage was beautiful and true to the listing it was a short walk to the beach. We brought our two dogs with us, which was great to find a place that allowed pets. It was nice having a full kitchen, though I didn’t read prior to that there was no microwave. But that would be the only negative I have. I also am not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the pull out couch situation (not enough bed space with my wife and baby). I tried to see handles to pull out a bed but didn’t see any. It might...

"The house is perfectly located and just walking distance to town. Perfectly decorated and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The garden is spectacular and a wonderful place to gather. The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. We loved our stay at this special and happy little beach house and will return."

"This place is so cute! I’d love to stay here again. The patio was relaxing and the faux fireplace is a nice touch. Loved the upstairs bedroom and bath. Feedback for improvements: 1 dresser drawer was in need of reinforcement. I was afraid my clothes were too heavy for the bottom. More plants would be nice on the patio but that’s just me."

"I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. "Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset."
