" I had an amazing stay at Gaslamp Hostel during my San Diego visit! The hostel's location in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The dorm rooms were clean and comfortable, and the communal areas were great for meeting other travelers. I especially loved the fully-stocked kitchen and the free breakfast every morning. The hostel also organized fun events and activities, like karaoke and walking tours. I felt like I was part of a community, not just a tourist. Gaslamp Hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't recommend it enough - it's a must-stay for anyone visiting San Diego!"

"This is my second time staying out here and I loved it as much as I did the first time. It does suck there is no parking except valet, but at least that exists. However it’s in walking distance from so much nightlife which is such an amazing bonus. Staff is super friendly."

"You pay for the area, hotel was quite and convenient. No hotel parking only valet $65. But there is a parking on 707 Broadway (around the corner) for $40 overnight parking. Overall happy with a night stay, would book again!"
