BUILT in 2024-Canal Front, Pool, Swim Up & Covered Bar

Home large enough for family and extended family. The property boasts five bedrooms and two living rooms; one with pullout. 12 adults can comfortably sleep in this home. 3 of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms, deck access, and all have Smart TVs. Relax by taking a 2 minute walk to the beach or stay at home in your private heated pool. The pool patio has lounge chairs, covered bar and a swim up bar. Each of the bars have BIG Screen Smart TV's. Take in the night with many local highly recommended restaurants and bars within walking distance. A second story deck gives you a view down the canal for spectacular sunsets. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room seats 10 with the island seating two more. Make memories by crabbing off your own private bulkhead. 2 kayaks, Beach chairs, boogie boards, small kid beach toys, bikes, and beach cart are on premise for your convenience.

The home was perfect for our family. Its size and layout allowed for three generations to comfortable vacation together.the proximity to things to do as well as the beach was fabulous.The beds are perfect for someone who likes a very soft mattress but are difficult for elderly people to get in and out of or someone who needs more support.The hosts responsiveness was amazing. Thank you for a great vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfection

Perfect beach vacation! This house was perfection. Wonderful location right on the bay - kayaks were a hit! And in walking distance to the beach. The outdoor pool, kitchen and deck provided a much needed reprieve from the hot beach. Honestly you didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy a perfect week.

BEAUTIFUL property on the bay side of Coastal highway. Amazing layout and decor. The indoor and outdoor kitchens made eating in a better option than dining out. The house was well appointed and including the linens was so convenient. Getting to the beach was a fairly easy walk across Coastal Highway. This was an amazing escape and we would definitely book this property again!!!There was construction around us including a house being built across the street. This will be gone next season and was a minor annoyance during our stay.I strongly recommend this property!

Fantastic property, top notch amenities from the moment you walk in the door. The little extras like the fans above the pool, bikes, beach chairs and cart, etc. really enhanced the stay. If you like to entertain outside during vacations this house has it all around the pool! The kitchen was well equipped, TVs in all rooms and beds were very comfortable. Brian was very helpful and although you don't need anything the 1 or 2 questions I had he answered immediately.

We loved everything about this house!! It felt very clean, the furniture was nice, and the kitchen & bathrooms were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool outside and being able to grill.

Incredibly clean and plenty of space for our 3 generation family vacation.Loved being able to walk to Fenwick attractions and the beach. The pool and outdoor TVs kept everyone so happy after a day at the beach. Having Matt’s Fish Camp less than one minute walk away kept all our oyster lovers very satisfied.House and property were very quiet considering how close it is located to the Coastal Highway.Brian was super responsive to our questions and went out of his way to make sure we could book the same week next year.
