"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."

"The views were directly on the ocean, so you can hear the ocean roar. All the beds were super comfy. The island is more neighborhood than tourist attraction. Walk to the ocean is about five minutes. Commutation was direct and quick. We will be back! "

I forgot to pack my own and the ones supplied were less than par. I couldn’t get the soap and shampoo to produce suds. I didn’t feel clean. I would just suggest changing this if possible."
