"Breakfast was above average. Parking was $15. That is outrageous. Did not read all the paperwork when we reserved. If you do it at all out it in the price. I know it’s pure profit but think about the people who stay with you. Bad thinking. People remember. Also it was party time for the kids that were there. Loud slamming doors. Beating on the door to get someone’s attention. I heard them up to 2:45 AM. They should have been thrown out with no refund. I’ll probably stay there but if I stay awake because of a them. I will expect a refund. So kick them out for the people who are not there to party. "

"The house was clean, parts of it were nicely updated and all three beds were so comfortable!! Including the pillows. Easy walk to the beach, host was very responsive, and this location is so convenient. Definitely recommend!"

"The view was incredible as was access to the beach and pool. The available beach umbrellas, chairs and kids games were a hit with our family. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Parking was super easy with a dedicated parking spot and guest passes if needed. We didn't want to leave. "

"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."

"Everything was great, location was perfect, beach was fabulous. Would definitely book this place again. My only small complaint was the hand soap and shampoo provided. I forgot to pack my own and the ones supplied were less than par. I couldn’t get the soap and shampoo to produce suds. I didn’t feel clean. I would just suggest changing this if possible."
