"Location is great. Staff is great. This place has definitely seen better days. We had peeling walls. It looked like mold in the bathroom. Definitely rundown. It is literally across the street from the beach but for the amount of money it was not worth it. Better to walk a few blocks. Breakfast was not great - thought that from other reviews - but basic. Powdered eggs, breads. No fresh fruit or anything special. "

"WONDERFUL HOME with a perfect location at the end of a quiet street and convenient to EVERYTHING...beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN with a very convenient bedroom configuration and bed size choices. This host understands the importance of having a well stocked home for guests-from the more than sufficient amount of towels to providing kcup choices to use in the Keurig to having multiple blankets for everyone. I wish that every host understood these important amenities. The front porch with rockers and swing was enjoyable and relaxing. The most impressive thing about this host's rental home is that they have a note that tells you to enjoy your stay and DO NOTHING when you leave...no stripping beds...no cleaning dishes...no starting laundry...no emptying all trash cans...no sweeping...a TRUE vacation. After you spend money on a vacation rental including cleaning fees, it is so frustrating to then have to do part of the job of the cleaning crew. Thank you for that. We will definitely return to this rental."
