"We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the huge tv in the living room. Three unexpected bonuses: 1) the short walk on the beach to the Ritz Carlton where we went for lunch and drinks 2) The unit was two stories which really gave us a lot of extra room. The bedrooms were on the second floor on opposite ends of the floor for extra privacy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. 3) All the turtles we saw on the...

"The house is great. Kitschy decor with high quality kitchen pans, knives etc (which is not always our experience in a rental). Beds and bedding were also very nice. House overall was clean but floors weren’t as clean as you may keep your own home (we just wore our shoes/socks). Our mistake was renting in May, as the house pool was too cold and doesn’t have a pool heater. The community pool and ocean were nice temps."

"Our group consists of 8 retired C-130 aircrew members. We have been during this for the last 21 years. This was by far the best location we have visited. There was plenty room to rest and relax. The building was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The beach access was just about 15 yards out the back door. Communication with the staff was very easy and very helpful. Would recommend property to any large group looking for a beach location. We will be back next...

"This property is perfect for a large family reunion; space for all10 of us, with room to spare! *We did call the property manger as the ice machine was broken (or dead); this amenity was really important to us...it was never resolved. Which lead to many trips to the store for ice! *Also they need (or you need) to bring life vests for the ocean. "Great little house just steps from the beach. The only potential negative was that it's the ground floor only and you may have tenants upstairs. We did for both nights of our stay and they were quiet and respectful of the situation but I'm not used to having upstairs neighbors so that did disturb my sleep a little. House was spotless and well equipped. Gas station just a short walk away for essentials and lively restaurant/bar just 0.2 miles away for dinner."
