O estacionamento é ao lado do shopping e há um acesso pelo estacionamento, o hotel é novo e amplo, os quartos são limpos e com a mobília nova. Tem um restaurante que funciona até às 21:30h e os preços são razoáveis. É um hotel que oferece uma boa comodidade pelo fato de estar do lado do shopping e ter um acesso a pé. Achei um bom preço pela comodidade.

Não faz jus a bandeira Antlantica de hotel!

A mobília de entrada (sofás, cadeiras) estavam sujas com manchas. Na hora do check in, a recepcionista, referiu que não estava com acesso as reservas do hotel.com o que fez com que demorasse mais de 40 min, sendo que não tinha outros hóspedes, sem contar o desconforto de ficar comprovando o tempo todo que eu tinha reservado quarto para 2 adultos e uma criança. Já no quarto as roupas de cama manchadas, furadas e antigas. Acompanhando o desastre estavam as toalhas de banho.

O hotel é perfeito, quartos limpos, café da manhã bom, excelente serviço. Em frente ao shopping também. Único problema que tive foi com a internet, estava muito lenta.
