"The floor boards creaked a lot in my room and the washroom was very cramped but despite that my stay here was very comfortable. The view was amazing, communication with staff was lovely, I asked for an early check in and they got me in 3 hrs earlier which I really appreciate. Room was spacious. Metro was right across the street and several cafes and restaurants were within walking distance. I would recommend this place and give here again myself <3"

"We had a spacious and luxurious suite with a kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable, beautiful views. The Terrace restaurant had a sumptuous breakfast and delicious lunches. Staff were very friendly and nice. My younger sun loved the Kids club."

"We loved this hotel and the staff! They were very helpful with all of our needs. The only complaint is that the coffee and beverages in our room were not restocked daily. Our last morning there we had no more coffee and had no time to get it elsewhere prior to our departure to the airport. Everything else was top notch!"

"Great shower and room set up (the big family room). Air con was working which was great. Beds were comfy. Happy to have lights and usb sockets for each bed. The hot and cold water with teas and coffees were great. You get milk from reception. The pool area was nice. Its not a swimming pool, more a massive hot tub. But still plenty of seating and a good view. Would have loved a shelf or two in the bathroom "

"Customer service was outstanding. Staff went extra distance to help guests have a pleasant stay. It is not close by to tourist attractions but that helps one relax and enjoy their time. There isn't heavy traffic that makes people cold and impersonal. Hotel worked to be sustainable. It was first time had key made from wood. Hotel administrators or owners need to clarify shuttle service. Availability and use of shuttle for customers to use needs to be better explained. Sometimes shuttle is full for people who don't plan in advance. "
