"Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills."

"This was my wife and I second time staying at this resort and it's still a great place to stay. The hotel and grounds are spectacular. The staff and services are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend restaurants Lotus, Cellaio, Good Friends, and Dos Gatos to eat at. The other places are fine but way overpriced for what they serve. "Great stay and a very quiet and relaxed upscale property. Staff knew who we were before we arrived and were ready a willing to assist to ensure any specific wants or needs were met.
