The accommodations were good, as advertised. The television has internet and not cable television, so you need to manage the apps to connect with your home account for TSN or Sportsnet for live sports. However, the hot tub was not working (72F) when we arrived and we did contact the manager. There were suggestions to turn the power off/on and when that didn't work, we were advised that a technician would come the following day. The technician didn't arrive until the third day, and advised that a part was needed. The hot tub was fixed on the last evening of our trip, but due to the downtime the water was too cold to use it. The facility responded with a refund, which was reasonable. However, going forward, we believe that a checklist of the property prior to our arrival would have determined that the hot tub was only at 72F and some intervention was needed. We were disappointed. The owner/management company did provide a reasonable refund. We would have preferred to have the hot tub.
