"Pousada mto aconchegante, linda decoração, bem limpinha, c/ boa localização p/ praia de Geribá. Funcionários bem educados e hospitaleiros, c/ um ótimo cafe da manhã. Um Senhor , que havia começado a trabalhar lá há alguns poucos dias, mto gentil e educadoe spre disponível a nos dar informações. Unico ponto negativo, foram as escadas dentro da Pousada, que dificultou um pouco c/ as bagagens. Amamos a hospedagem!! "

"Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. I showed them the photos and my reservation, but the hotel insisted that is a Expedia problem. Anyway, at the end nobody solved the situation and we spent our vacations time and my wife's birthday in a horrible room. Far from what we expected."

"Pousada bem localizada , porém com café da manhã muito ruim , Não gostei de ser questionado pelo comprovante de pagamento na hora da chegada . Minha solicitação de cama extra não foi realizada . "

"A pousada é boa pelo custo benefício e localização que atendeu exatamente pro que precisava. Só atentaria aos funcionários um detalhe… como fiquei no quarto na parte debaixo da piscina, acordei os 2 dias com alguém limpando a piscina fazendo muito barulho."

"It's a cheap place in the center of Buzios, if all you need is a place to sleep for cheap, this is an ok choice. Cleanliness is sub par, I found hairs and sand from the previous occupants. Towels and sheets have permanent stains, but have been washed. During the day there seems to be 3 people in the reception, all of which would rather continue scrolling on instagram rather than working. "Atendimento da Iza e das outras atendentes é solícito e prestativo. Infelizmente, elas são prejudicadas pela política da pousada em si, como nao trocarem roupas de cama, termos de pedir papel higiênico diariamente e, a pior delas, a política do estacionamento. Café da manhã é honesto/bom. Sobre o estacionamento, assim que chegamos, a atendente nos informou - para nossa INFELIZ SURPRESA - que nosso qto nao disponibilizava o estacionamento, caso as vagas ficassem cheias. Isso nao consta...
