"Getting into the property was an effort. The fact you have no front office person to answer questions is a learning curve for those that prefer boutique hotels. The location, the decor was so relaxing and good feeling. The bed was horrible. 2 beds pushed together but not rally made as one except for a sheet so to move to and from centre was impossible. Loved the room, the decor, the common room but the bed was not great."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Lake Garda and it was everything we hoped for and more! From the communication before our stay to the cleanliness, facilities and overall experience, everything was fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, making it feel like a real treat, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect for us, around an 8 minute walk into the centre, where you’ll find plenty of lovely shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. One thing worth being aware of before booking is that there is a fairly steep incline and a number of steps to reach the main areas of the hotel, including the entrance, restaurant and bar, pool, hot tub and seating areas. There is a lift available, which is helpful, and it was absolutely fine for us, but it’s something to consider for older guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. The food and drinks were lovely, with generous portions, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout. A lovely touch was the wide selection of complimentary snacks served with every drink, which made us feel really spoilt! Our room was cleaned daily, and the whole hotel was kept beautifully clean. Overall, this was a gorgeous hotel for a special getaway. Beautiful views, a lovely and romantic atmosphere, fantastic food and drink, and wonderful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!"
