"Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again. "

"Vorweg: Der Blick auf den See und die umgebenden Berge ist unschlagbar. Ansonsten hat das Objekt seine besten Tage hinter sich. Auch die Verwaltung arbeitet hinhaltend und mangelhaft. Laut Inserat erfolgt der check-in 16Uhr. Wir waren etwas eher da und wurden wieder weggeschickt. Als wir dann aber gegen 17:30 einziehen wollten, war die Putzkolonne immer noch da.
