"What a great hotel. I can’t say enough about the people that work there. They went far and beyond many times. One example: My wife and I never checked luggage in so we Each had carry-on luggage and a backpack with clothing. This was a five week trip for us so periodically we needed to do laundry. "The breakfast is really good. The accommodation was a little bit shabby and tired and the garden with a little bit overgrown - however overall the experience was good. We had some difficulty checking in because the instructions are a bit complicated and not very well phrased. We had the owner on the phone who was clearly upstairs, we could hear us speaking to us but didn’t, come down to help us. "Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointing thing was we had only booked to stay for one night!! Will defo return and highly recommend Bettys House to anyone staying by Lake...

"The host Milena is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. It is also easy to access the city centre by bus as there are bus stops nearby. A lot of options for breakfast in the morning. The room is not the biggest in the world but it is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Would recommend."

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger. "

"This property is sooo beautiful I wish it felt like home. It's nicer than where I live. Country restaurants 5 star, in the middle of valpochella , on a fabulous hillside 30 minutes north of Verona. Perfect. Can't wait to go again!!! "

"The hotel is very small but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the air con is a god send! Breakfast was good for a small hotel. We had a room with a double bed and bunk beds and it was surprisingly specious. Was good for the price we paid and walking distance to some local restaurants and bars. "

Parking areas needs to be highlighted.

"Arrived on a Sunday and initially we were redirected by the local police as they were not allowing cars to get any closer to the area where the hotels are located. We tried alternative routes and did not find any and next time we arrived at the roundabout we explained that we were staying overnight and allowed us through. We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."
