"The hotel has a feeling of old grandeur, which was lovely. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. It’s not in the town but the walk into town is easy and takes about 15 minutes. "

The staff in all areas were very friendly and professional; they acted very promptly to all our requests/questions and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best time. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, Lake View (Panorama , which was fantastic; this is the one to go for if you want that extra bit of luxury. We had dinner at the restaurant a couple of time during our stay and the food was excellent, as were the staff; the Maitre'D ensured we had the best possible service. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel, we had the fantastic time. I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!"
