"I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food...

"Nice hotel, open to families with young children. The room was great with a separate area for our son and the staff very kind and reactive (including. on WhatsApp). We also enjoyed the restaurant and thought the half board option was great value for money. The only few downsides were: - the hotel say they have all required equipment for children (e.g. stroller) which is the case, but surprisingly we had to pay an extra for it (wasn’t so clear on the website) - the view was a bit disappointing:...
