"Overall, it was a relatively satisfactory stay. The apartment’s location is ideal—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center or the lake. However, there’s room for improvement in the apartment’s facilities. The showerhead in the bathroom was broken, covered in limescale, and couldn’t be secured in place. Since the room was on the ground floor, we had a lot of ants in the bedroom on rainy days. Additionally, neither the sink faucet nor the shower faucet could be adjusted to a fine setting."

"Pros: The location is 10/10 - perfectly central. The flat has a good size and is newly renovated. Everything is clean and makes a good impression. The contact to the host via Whatsapp works well and fast. Private parking in an external garage is available, clean and secure. Cons: Private Parking is off-site and you have to walk a bit to get to the apartment (cross a road and then stairs!). "Pros: Eine super schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Seenähe. Alles war super sauber und die Sitzecke im Aussenbereich war toll zum frühstücken und abends zum draußen sitzen. Es hat an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Vermieterin war sehr nett und der Check in, sowie Check out verliefen reibungslos. Gerne wieder. Cons: Eigentlich nichts, es müsste nur die Kurtaxe umgeändert werden, da wir statt angegeben 1€/Person/Nacht, 2€ bezahlt haben. Ist aber nur zur Info und keine Kritik. 😊"

"Beautiful resort hotel, located within walking distance to lots of restaurant and shopping. The beach is also a quick walk. The facilities were nice, the breakfast excellent and the beds were very comfortable (King bed). We also really appreciated the connecting rooms (we travelled with our teenagers). Overall, very nice."

"June Stay apartments are clean, well equipped and in excellent condition. They are in an excellent location with supermarkets, bars and restaurants all in walking distance and Malcesine only a 5min drive. They have secure, good quality underground parking and a lovely restaurant on site which also provides take away food. The only small downside is that the pool area is quite small for how many apartments there are on site and it can sometimes be difficult to get a bed or seat near the pool. However the beach is literally across the road so you can swim in the lake instead if needed. The staff are all brilliant and working hard throughout the day to keep the grounds looking lovely and helpful if you need anything. We will definitely be returning!"

"The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses from peoples tables and served warm beer. There is no excuse for that in a 5 star hotel. I recommend to the hotel that they invest more in staff training and how to give guests a true 5 star experience."

"The Hotel is in a beautiful location and first impressions are superb. There is a small plaque suggesting that’s it’s a boutique hotel where I would rate it less so. It lacks such detail and finesse. Our family room for four was inadequate in terms of a small sofa bed. They should have family suites. The staff are all happy yet they could do with more training and again finesse on the personal service side - particularly at the restaurant where we felt ignored at times. The younger staff being better than those above them. The reception staff were great. The restaurant has a limited menu and is expensive, so most opt for the cheaper yet delicious pizzas. No pasta or salad to choose from and the other dishes are very small. There is no real, cozy/elegant/boutique bar area, just one that is an unmanned, used to service the restaurant. Breakfast is amazing but again, the breakfast area could be so much more homely and elegant - airing boutique. There is a shuttle to town but nothing late so you have to get a taxi back which isn’t easy or great. I would try another hotel in the same area again first but would definitely go back. It would be great to see these improvements to give it a higher rate and review."
