"Simple hotel on the edge of Orgiva. Recommend top floor rooms with a large terrace and a balcony to enjoy the view over the surrounding mountains. Room was large, spotlessly clean and with a great bathroom. Would have appreciated a hairdryer, modern pillows and better soap and towels but all in all it was great value"

"This is an older but very well kept family owned hotel. It doesn’t have any real amenities to speak of. But it was extremely clean and the staff is very accommodating. This small town has plenty of restaurants and bars. A public pool and other things to do. I highly recommend it."

"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip.
Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned.
The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use.
We paid for breakfast which was ok.
Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"The property is very basic, but clean. It is in a noisy location where there is a lot of noise from the street late at night. In the room you can hear every time someone else in the hotel flushes the toilet or walks around throughout the night, endless noise and we didn’t sleep very much. Having said all that, it was only £37 a night! What do you expect for that price. Overall it served a purpose for 1 night, but we would not return."

"Everybody was nice and friendly was excellent. Also, they actually cater to me because I don’t eat a lot of things on the menu, but they changed things around and made me feel welcome. They cater to my knee, which was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. If going back to the same area I would definitely go back to stay at the same place. Our place was nice and clean. It made us feel very welcomed. I would not change anything. Thank you for having us and making us feel completely welcomed and at home ."

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. "This property was a wonderful surprise. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. No running out of hot water when showering. The location is beautiful. It is in a valley that is known for their oranges which feature in the hotel’s restaurant. The food at the restaurant highlights local specialities. Amazing food. Finally, the staff are very helpful and nice. I would not hesitate to return."

"Location is the best! The view from the living room is great! Communication with the property manager was flawless, always available and friendly. The check in and check out was easy and the office is right next door to the building.

"This B&B is located in a very small village with good proximity to Sierra Nevada National Park. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the property’s beautiful roof top patio or courtyard with pool, but we did enjoy this historic house, the comfort and cleanliness of our room, and the plentiful and delicious prepared by our hosts. "

"A great quiet place but difficult to find parking. Be prepared to walk a bit uphill when you do locate the parking garage. We stayed one night and it was nice. The bed could have been more comfortable (a bit lumpy). We found places to walk and restaurants close by. "
