The boat to Portofino is a two minute walk from the hotel and Cinque Terre is an easy journey on the train. There are lots of bars and restaurants locally for dinner. The hotel is spotlessly clean with an excellent breakfast. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. "

"The Monte Rossa is awesome.It is well staffed with people that can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Francesca at the front desk is fantastic. They even new we had an early flight and told us to get downstairs early and they'd provide some breakfast snacks and coffee. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere. "
