"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"Pros: Mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr schöne Lage auf dem Hügel, ruhig und erholsam. Cons: Die Terrasse/Garten ist nicht an die Wohnung angeschlossen, sondern nur durch ein Verlassen des Hauses zu erreichen und es gibt kein WLAN (außerdem ist der Handyempfang in der Wohnung sehr schlecht). Es gibt einen Herd, aber keinen Ofen. Diese Dinge könnten in der Anzeige deutlicher hervorgehoben werden."

"Nice, well equipped apartment with most amazing view. So beautiful you almost didn’t want to leave the apartment balcony. Unfortunately the pool and sea spit was closed so we couldnt enjoy. I bet it’s amazing. Michael and Yumi were quick to respond with any wuestions. Would recommend."

"We came up from Rome on the train and found our cozy apartment not far from the train station. As older visitors negotiating the spiral staircase with our luggage was a challenge. But it added to the charm of the apartment. It was a great location not far from the bus stop nor from the bay. A short walk along the waterway brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. When we got ready to leave on Saturday there was a large race and people were everywhere. Very eventful day. We would stay...

It’s right 1 block away from promenade / beach & around all the restaurants. The city is safe so walking home around 1am is totally fine. Traif station is 5/7 min walk which is great if you fly in / out from Genoa"

"Wir haben uns schon beim freundlichen Empfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind, lief alles bestens. Und dann gab es zum Empfang auch noch ein Fest im Dorf ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr groß! Drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, eine große Wohnküche (in der ein paar Dinge fehlen, z.B. ein Toaster und ein paar scharfe Messer), ein Wohnzimmer und ein langer Balkon. Alles nicht modern, aber zweckmäßig, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns alle (7) sehr wohl gefühlt."
