"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in Piano Nobile. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die Aussicht ein Traum. Auf der sehr großen Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn waren sehr freundlich und auch bei Geheimtipps in der Region sehr hilfsbereit. So konnten wir Rapallo noch mal etwas besser kennen lernen. Auch abseits der üblichen touristischen Spots. Fazit: Es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder."

"First off, the place was very nice, it had plenty of space and the outdoor balcony/patio area was great. The two bathrooms were a plus, and the dishwasher/washing machine were convenient. No major complaints about the place itself, the only notables are that the upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud in the mornings and you will likely want to bring your own lighter for the gas stove. The biggest issue by far was with parking, this place is advertised as having free parking but this consists of 3...

"L'immobile avrebbe qualche lavoretto da fare, ottimi gli spazi e buona la posizione peccato il traffico e soprattutto il caldo!!! (Anche se penso che come in questo Agosto capiti poche volte). Le pentole forse le cambierei (un pochino troppo datate). Host gentile e disponibile!! In ogni caso è stato un buon soggiorno.... in fondo a Santa si sta sempre bene!!!!!"

"First of all, Francesca our contact was very nice and helpful. However, there were issues in the property when we arrived. The shower did not work and no shower curtain! The microwave did not work and when we arrived at the property the WIFI was not working either. The next day Francesaca sent a manager over to fix the shower head and the WIFI, but we never were abe to use the kitchen because the microwave did not work and the gas stove was there but the lighter they left there did not work...

"We quite liked this apartment. It’s spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the balcony in the living room features a nice view of the mountains. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. The check-in and out was smooth. You get a free parking lot in the underground garage. Though it may not accommodate rather large cars (was fine for VW Polo)"

"A beautiful hotel! We were very pleasantly greeted by the staff and all staff during our stay was exceptional and professional. We were upgraded to a very large room with a bed in a loft. The room spacious and beautiful. I would mention the metal spiral staircase leading to the bed a bit challenging and the bed area a bit warm. The bed, linens and towels all very good.the location was perfect. I will definitely return to this property! "
