"We had a room (304) right at the top of the building so didn’t have a view to comment on. However, the room was very clean and bright. Good size mirrors in bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioning great when it got going - when we first arrived it wasn’t on so the room was extremely hot (worse as you went up the stairs levels) but it did kick in overnight and was fine the rest of our stay. The breakfast was good - only continental breakfast (nothing hot except toast) but it was of good quality. Coffee (Americano) good too. The staff were very helpful and when we had questions of places we wanted to visit they had in depth knowledge and gave us easy to understand information. The pool is very small and there are only 6 loungers in total but we didn’t come for this. We spent a lot of time out of the hotel, visiting the local area and a bit further. We would definitely return. Thank you Hotel Guía."

"This is my second time returning. I'm not usually someone who likes to stay at the same place twice, but this hotel is central, safe and clean. Soller is the perfect location to visit Palma, Deia, Valldemossa etc. 2 minute walk to the squares restaurants and amenities. Pool has amazing views and the food is very nice. I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The hotel, our room, the breakfast, all were fantastic. The staff were really friendly and helpful without being too much. Our room was on the top floor with amazing views across to the mountains. And the aircon works really well but isn't noisy and, in our room, it wasn't directed over the bed so no waking up with a sore neck and dry eyes. The pool area is the perfect size for the hotel and immaculately maintained. The location is great, only a 10min walk from the main bus stop and slightly less to the tram and train station. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance too. I am sure we will be back."

"Exceptional experience staying here for our time in Mallorca. It’s in a fantastic location, close to the main square but it was not noisy. The room was immaculately clean and we loved the furnishings and the way it was decorated. We had everything we needed for self catering. The bed was very comfy and we had fantastic sleeps. Would love to stay here again!"
