"We had a roof terrace room and it was a really lovely room. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. "Easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! A gorgeous example of adaptive reuse, with original 16th century convent ceilings and floors and beautiful award-winning decor throughout. The hotel is in a quaint hilltop village with private access to a castle and a winery a short hike away. The onsite restaurant is superb, with excellent food and staff. The front desk staff are also very kind and welcoming. Very comfortable bed and room with a very effective AC. You cannot go wrong...

"Die Zimmer sind recht gross, Badezimmer auch. Schrank für Kleider eher minimal und wenig. Frühstück hat uns gepasst, war alles vorhanden. Sehr feines Brot. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch fein. Lage an der Haupstrasse, dafür zentral gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Hotel war sauber. Wir werden gerne dieses Hotel wieder buchen."

Die Tiefgarage ist leider etwas eng und somit nicht so gut für Familienautos geeignet, aber es klappte trotzdem mit dem Parken. Der Außenpool mit den Liegen ist großartig. Das Classic Appartement ist sehr großzügig und war für eine Familie absolut ausreichend. Für die Verdunkelung hat jedes Zimmer Fensterläden."
