We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. "I just love this hotel, and always return when in the area. The location is perfect - next to the beautiful river path, castle and shopping. The staff are all top notch, especially those in the pub. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food is excellent. Always a very pleasant stay!"
