Overall a good stay, super friendly staff and a good sized room. Very well priced for food and drinks which were tasty and good portions. Only thing I would say is during busy periods there needs to be more sun beds or staff should remove towels from beds if people aren’t there for 30 mins or over (as stated in a sign by the pool). Would definitely come back!!

Amazing stay as always, the staff are so friendly and so helpful especially Tanner, Mason amd David. We return year after year and can’t fault it each time. Beautiful hotel in a prime location.

Great host/receptionist. Was very helpful and patient. Was always willing to help, no matter the time or the problem. Place was very comfortable, inside the room and outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great restaurant within the hotel, and great pool. Looks even better in person. People in the restaurant were also very kind and always willing to help.

Very loud Family Hotel Set In Beautiful Gardens

The hotel was set in beautiful gardens and has two pools. One by the restaurant which was very noisy and the music was super loud. The other was more of a relax oool with a swim up bar which looked lovely but we couldn’t find sunbeds when we wanted to try it. The rooms are basic but adequate with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful but lacked decent coffee(if you are a coffee fan to be honest the coffee was awful). Even though there was a plentiful supply there was no wholemeal bread but sating that they did have fruit. Staff were very friendly which always helped. I class this hotel as a family hotel and even though it was nice I wouldn’t return because we prefer much quieter. That’s only our preference.

Lovely and friendly hotel. I really liked the atmosphere and the attention to detail in the design. It felt more like staying in a beautiful mansion with great people and a warm, welcoming vibe.

Very good and affordable

Hotel is lovely, lovely atmosphere, great staff, well located around a lot of shops restaurants, bars. Really nice place and very affordable. Breakfast was ok.

The stay was great, rooms were lovely and staff were polite. Except one staff who welcomed you into the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional when was asking questions and got snappy. Also told me family wasn’t allowed into the hotel, even though there’s multiple signs that says non residents welcome. However, everything else was incredible and would book here again.

Odalar iyi, ama banyo çok küçük ve eski. personel süper elinden geldiğince yardımcı, kahvaltı berbat. 08.00-10.00 arası kahvaltı, 08.30 da inin kahvaltı kalmıyor. yenileri siz söylerseniz belki geliyor. otelin sahibi hazırlıyor, pişi ve pan kek yemekten içim dışım hamur oldu. otelin ambiyansı çok güzel, personel süper ama kahvaltı çok kötü. profesyonellik yok. kahvaltı hazırlayan oda temizliği de yapıyor. yani bir daha gider miyim gitmem.

Öncelikle temizlik açısından başlamak istiyorum. Havlu değişimi, çarşaf değişimi hiçbir şekilde olmadı. Yerlere paspas dahi atılmadı. Kartı asmadığım sürece odaya temizlik için girilmedi. Diğer şeyler, Oturma alanı yok. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve her gün aynı ana yiyecekler vardı. Kahvaltılıklar bozuk gibiydi. Tek bir tane bile Türkçe kelime yoktu tabelalarda. Havuz soğuktu. Ve resmen İngilizler tarafından işgal edilmişti. Sabah kahvaltıdan hemen sonra akşam 6ya kadar. Onun dışında dışarıdan gelen müzik sesi (barlardan) aşırı fazlaydı. Yatak konforu iyi değildi. Klima hep toz püskürtüyor. Çok eski. Minibar çok soğutuyor ama idare eder. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık.

Sayın Otel Yönetimi, Otelinizde konakladığım süre zarfında yaşadığım, beni oldukça üzen ve hayal kırıklığına uğratan bir durumu bildirmek isterim. Kahvaltı sırasında, Türk misafirlere yönelik yapılan "yiyecek stoklamayın" ve "fazla alıp yemiyorsunuz" şeklindeki uyarılar son derece kırıcı ve ayrımcı bir tavırdır. Bu tür bir yaklaşım, otelinizde konaklayan diğer ülke vatandaşlarına İngilizce olarak yapılmazken, doğrudan Türk misafirlerin hedef alınması kabul edilemez. Ertesi gün açık büfede bir görevlinin adeta bir "bekçi" gibi durup, misafirlerin yiyecekleri kendi tercihlerine göre seçmesine izin vermeden, porsiyonları kısıtlayıcı bir tavırla dayatması tatil deneyimimizi tamamen bozmuştur. Kendi tabağımızı hazırlarken dahi sorgulanmak, misafir olarak bizi ciddi anlamda rahatsız etmiştir. İnsanların yemek tercihlerini, görsel veya kişisel zevklerine göre yapmalarına engel olmak, bir otel hizmeti anlayışıyla bağdaşmamaktadır. Müşterileriniz arasında milliyet bazlı bir ayrımcılık yapılması ve Türk misafirlerin "yiyecek stoklayan" veya "israf eden" kişiler olarak yaftalanması, otelinizin misafir memnuniyetine verdiği önemin ne kadar düşük olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu deneyim, otelinizle ilgili tüm olumlu düşüncelerimi sarsmıştır. Yaşadığım bu olumsuz durumun değerlendirilmesini ve bu ayrımcı, üstten bakan tutuma karşı gerekli önlemlerin alınmasını bekliyorum. Öncelikle şunu belirtmek isterim, temizlik ve otelin çevre düzeni açısından hiçbir olumsuz yönüne rastlamadım. Yalnız aile olarak konakladigimiz oda adeta rutubet odası gibiydi. Eşyalarımız, yatak ve kıyafetlerimiz ıslak şekildeydi hep. Kokusu zaten rahatsız ediyordu. eğer gün boyu odada kalmamız gerekseydi mümkün değildi. Cam ve balkon kapılarını açıp havalandırmak fayda etmedi. Ayrıca kahvaltı olarak da cok hijyenik gelmedi. Bu konuları dikkate alıp değerlendirirseniz memnun olurum. Teşekkürler.

Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü fakat oda biraz eski yatak ise konforsuz ve içine çökmüş gibiydi çarşaflar her gün değişti oda toparlandı ama çarşaflar tüy tüy olmuştu onlar da eskiydi. Kahvaltısı çeşitliydi ama her gün aynıydı. Havuzu ise güzel ve temizdi.

Harika

Konum olarak hisarönü merkezde, yemek ve eğlence yerleri çok yakındı. Odamız temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar ilgili ve kibarlar. Fakat ölüdeniz kumburnu plajı bizim için biraz hayal kırıklığıydı. Ölüdenize tekrar gidermiyiz bilmem ama gidilirse bu otelde kesinlikle kalınır.

otel çok güzel. Sezon dışı gittiğimiz için havuza giremedik ama havuzuda čok güzeldi. Gayet temiz rahat. Çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü. Her gün temizlik ister misiniz diye sordular. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Odalar temiz kullanışlı her oda da küçük balkon var.

Resimlerdeki beklentinizi karşılamıyor

Görselde gösterilen oda verilmedi.Çift olarak gitmiştik iki ayrı bazayı birleştirip çift kişilik yapmaya çalışmışlar. Kahvaltısı yetersizdi böyle bir otele yakışmayan butik otel kahvaltısı gibiydi. Kahvaltılıklar çok temiz olmasa da odamız her gün temizlendi. Ek olarak da resimde görülen güzel havuz ekstra ücretli... Arka bahçede bir tane daha normal bir havuz var, Allahtan ona ücretsiz girebiliyorsunuz.Tekrardan tercih edeceğim bir otel değil maalesef.
