"Very helpful staff"

"Just back from a wonderful 3 night stay at the Tor-na-coille. We stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious and spotless. Loved all the original features of this beautiful building. The staff all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Fresh fruit and delicious cooked breakfast every morning, we dined once in the evening which was superb and very good value, rounded off with a nightcap in front of the roaring fire in the lounge. In a great location, only half a mile to Banchory and a five miles from Aboyne. Perfect for exploring Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park. Thanks to all at the Tor-na-coille for your wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Room was great, beds comfy, staff super friendly and very accommodating - we visited for new year and they helped with organising dinner for us at the last minute which was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend"

"Staff on the desk great however room very dated only 1 pillow hotel facility nice shower poor room cold and we eat at the restaurant and since eating there have felt very unwell "
