"Great service, clean room, nice breakfast. In total ,- great value for money. Only reason for not giving five stars is that parking is difficult unless you opt for the underground parking - 3 euros pr hour, capping at 22, if you stay more than 7 hours."

"Ich habe aufgrund der Hitze explizit nach einem Hotel mit Klimaanlage in Düsseldorf gesucht. Somit war ich sogar bereit, einen sehr hohen Preis für ein normales Zimmer zu zahlen. Nur stellte sich vor Ort heraus, dass es sich gar nicht um eine, wie sowohl bei Expedia als auch auf der eigenen Hotelseite beworbenen, Klimaanlage handelt, sondern lediglich um ein Lüftungssystem. Sprich, die Zimmer waren auch warm. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass es generell keine Klimaanlage sei und dass die...
