"Great place to stay. Very close to dining, ample parking very pet friendly. Staff and management friendly. Spacious and comfortable, rooms are clean and tidy. Highly recommend!"

"Although the rooms were very clean and staff was very polite, the open space concept is not ideal for travelers who are in need of a good night sleep. Our rooms were located directly above the lobby area and you could hear every single conversation Word for Word. There was a huge gap around the doors so that could be a big issue and also you could hear the people snoring next door so the walls were paper thin."

"The bed was a stack of foam pads that offered no support and constantly sucked me in to the middle of the bed, which had even less support. I think someone urinated in the air conditioning system, every time it cycled on the whole room stank of urine. I am sure we could have complained but it was late and we were tired. I am only writing this because when I went to notify the desk manager in the morning, I don’t think he could care less. I have been staying there multiple times a year for many, many years and although the hotel is showing its wear and tear, it has always been decent enough to stay at. Very disappointed"

"We made 3 reservations for our crew. Upon check in my crew stated that they had 1 room for 2 nights. The manager stated that he did not have a reservation and proceeded to charge him for the extra night. When booking I made 3 reservations because it was cheaper than booking them together. The manager did not take the time to look up his name and see that he had 2 reservations under his name. They did credit us back but with some very unprofessional communication! Secondly, there were roaches in the rooms. This hotel is very unclean!"

"The check in staff for whatever reason questioned my booking, for a two queen pet friendly room, and I had told them that it was the cheapest room available from Hotels.com. The receptionist continued to try and upsell me a smaller room that would've cost me more. The room itself, 130 A, had a bit of an odor to it, which I think was either mold or mildew. The beds and pillows were rock hard, and the cockroaches came out at night in the bathroom. The only upside was the breakfast, the lady serving up the food was friendly, it was fresh, aside from the turkey sausage it was fantastic. The guy working the desk when we checked out didn't seem like he was all there, or interested in doing his actual job. I will never stay here again, the only ray of sunshine this place has it that it was cheap, the homeless stayed away from it, and the breakfast. "
