"The hotel was great. The employees were so good, especially Jennifer. She was wonderful! Unfortunately, while we were there, they had a pipe bust on the floor below & it created a mess & our water was turned off. They placed us in another room which faced the back of the hotel & it was so much nicer. The front room we were in had so much noise from all the traffic near the hotel. I had a hard time sleeping there. This is our 2nd time staying there this year. We will come back again if we visit our granddaughter there."

"My family and friends had the best time at the lake. A before school trip turned out to be one of the best vacations this year. The location was PERFECT, the walk to the dock was so easy, the house included a boat slip which was perfect for us towing our boat down for the weekend. The dock included a covered swim platform that was great. The house itself was very clean, super comfortable, and had the best air conditioning that I’ve ever experienced in a lake house. Smart tvs were great for the kids and everything worked like a charm. We had groceries delivered after check-in and the delivery driver had no problem finding the house location either. Amazing spot, great host communication, and we’re already looking for a weekend to book next summer."

"Beautiful property and the host was very responsive to all questions. I have rented 13 times from VRBO. Most often with this high of a per night charge you have some of the supplies included. We had an 8 night stay and were provided with a starter roll of paper towel, toilet paper, dishsoap, dishwasher pod and the little "hotel" hand soaps for the baths. They did provide some kitchen garbage bags. I did run to walmart and picked up some softsoap anti bac pump hand soaps and a box of garbage bags. Also our group's belief is that if you want cleaned dishes then dish soap/dishwasher pods should be provided. There were also only 11 forks and 13 spoons. We had 16 in our group so some of us had to use plastic ware at each meal. The lake was beautiful, though it was a very steep... not easy walk from the home to the lake. The pluses that stood out were the bunk room, toys and puzzles, gaming system, plenty of eating spots. We had the kids eat on the outdoor deck-just outside the glass patio doors of the dining room. That way all the crumbs remained outside and were easy to sweep away. We rented a boat at the marina across the lake and had a nice slip to park it in. The life jackets provided and the lilly pad were used daily. The extra dorm fridge and full size fridge/freezer were appreciated as well. I will say it's the first time an outdoor gas grill was clean at our arrival. Everything provided was in working order."

"We wanted a short getaway with our dog. Temperatures were so hot. Cumberland falls/river/lake was just the ticket to try and be cool. Our dog jumped in the river for the first time, and she's 3 years old! (Rather timid) The host was very personable. The area is quiet. Very animal-friendly."

"Being a new build there was still plenty of items on the punch list that needed taken care of but overall was really well done. We had a great time even though we made a few adjustments with boat dock not being available. I would definitely rent this property again."
