The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. Don't take the following comment as a complaint but as a suggestion, when I made the reservation I asked for parking included, but when we arrived there were not parking available in the hotel, therefore make sure to enphatized in this request if you need one, because the hotel staff didn't help at all.
