"Friendly staff, very efficient check-in, room a little dated but bed comfortable. Toilet is too low for seniors. Shuttle service good, being close to Roasters restaurant a definitely bonus! Would definitely stay here again."

And when I went to get coffee at 6 in the morning, there were 3 people sleeping on the floor by the stairdoor. I won't stay here again"

"The shuttle is fantastic. It runs 24/7. It is very quick both directions as well as responsive. There isn't a set schedule but the driver is always waiting in the lobby. He was there when I arrived to the hotel at 3:30 am. He was there when I needed a ride to the airport at 4 am. I was told I just needed to be in the lobby 15 minutes before I needed a ride. I believe this is in case the shuttle is full when you first arrive in the lobby (it holds 11 passengers). It can make a round trip in under 15 minutes and will be back to pick you up."
