"Upon arrival, the property was easy to find per instructions sent ahead of time. Self check in is handy. The unit was clean but needed aired out as there was an interesting odor lingering. I opened windows to help with that, and noticed they weren’t locked. With all due efforts the windows in the bedroom and living area were not able to be locked.
