Had to open the balcony door (no screen doors) to cool room off, 75 degrees in room, and 50 degrees outside. Quick ride to airport on hotel shuttle. Accommodated my party of 15"

"Smooth check-in. Kept our bags in a secure place while we acted like tourists. Nice breakfast options. Received a complimentary bag of snacks in the early morning when we checked out for an early flight. Appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport."

"As a solo senior lady with wheelchair assistance at the airport, I appreciate that you can meet the Q. Inn shuttle pretty close to the skybridge down elevators to pick-up level. However, when they drop you back there it's harder to reverse to the check-in zone. Level 2 room seems much better than "prison like" dark grey Level 1. Had both, coming/going. Continental breakfast room plus waffles & fruit, adequate for travelers, 6 a.m. - 9. Attendant a bit surly, banging things around at 9 as people are finishing. Basics are okay in room. Beds comfy, clean. Price high for level of service & ambiance, but very handy for overnight between flights. Desk clerks very pleasant."
