"We chose this property because it was close to cruise terminal and they have shuttle to port. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. The best part was how organized the staff was handling our departure. Very organized and efficient. "

"This is basically a good & safe hotel. However, the things I did not like was distance from parking to hotel room (handicapped) and having to walk through a smoked-filled casino to get to the elevators/rooms. The area around the casino/hotel also seemed to be a bit run-down and seedy"

"The big problem was the $200 debit card hold, that I was NOT told about at registration. I’m used to this, but that seemed high for this quality of a hotel. I was reassured that the funds would be released in 3-5 days, which is typical. But I just found out it will be 12-15 business days!! They can take a deposit in seconds, but it takes 2 weeks to get released!? Not acceptable. Otherwise, this is a decent older hotel that has been nicely refurbished. Unfortunately, their main elevator was...

"The hotel is delightful. Rich in history and quite classy. Unfortunately there are many homeless in the streets around the property making it less than comfortable for our age group. We felt uncomfortable walking to varioys sights and restaurants. "

"Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk were very friendly. The bed was so comfortable, and my husband loved the hot breakfast. The King bed wasn't available so they upgraded us to a Queen suite for free.The bathroom and adjoing room off of the bedroom were very nice. The shuttle driver was amazing, he dropped people off near the best elevator, told the which color elevator to use and exactly how to get to their cruise pickup or ticketing etc."

"Location is convenient. Shuttles are on time but pick up schedules are not ideally good, such as Epcot opens at 7a but shuttle pick up schedule is 10:30a. "
