I did not like that the parking fee was not disclosed when I made my reservation and that you are nickel and diming your guests for services that should accompany the room. Such as parking, if I stay at your hotel odds are, that I have to get there somehow and not all guests will rely solely on the shuttle. I was there for business and needed transportation. I think the parking rates with the taxes and tourist fee need to be disclosed and I should be assumed as part of the guests stay.

Check in was odd as if I was inconveniencing the associate. My request to add my Marriott rewards info for the stay was met with "I can't make any promises" and "you should have done that when you booked the room".
