"The outdoor area was spectacular - gorgeous views, beautiful pool and lots of seating areas. We also enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room area. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and each had an ensuite toilet and shower. Be aware that the final kilometre to the property is on a narrow bumpy road, and that the toilets are very small and the lights are hooked up to noisy fans, if that's the kind of thing that may bother you or your partner! My only real disappointment was that the property manager said that A/C wasn't included on the main floor, which certainly wasn't clear from the listing. Overall, I would definitely recommend"

"We stayed for two nights and I wish it could have been longer! The whole experience was seamless, professional, friendly and easily the best stay I've had anywhere in years. Marianna was the best host anyone could ask for. She is not only atrentive she is also so warm and friendly. The property looks out onto the castle in Mussomeli and is a 25 minute walk from the heart of the town. On arrival the reception is beautiful, clean and quite contemporary, dressed in walnut and oak. The rooms are very spacious and again well presented, beautifully furnished and of a standard worthy of any four star hotel. The bathroom is perfect, spacious and well apointed, and cleaned regularly. Breakfast is a mix of the usual Sicilian pastries, meats, fruit and yogurts, as well as having granola and juices and coffee made to order by Marianna. When we needed a taxi she preferred to drive us to the station for a small fee rather than have us pay what the taxi company was asking. All in all, a perfect experience in a perfect setting with a perfect host!"

"The Villa was lovely and set in a very peaceful location but near enough to the local town (car required). Only 8 miles to the beach but mountain roads so a slow journey but very enjoyable with spectacular scenery. Some very nice local restaurants and a local small supermarket. Only problem we had was that there was no hot water for the entire holiday. They came to fix it on the day that we were leaving. Apart from tat everything else was great. "
