"The flat was very clean well equipped and warm. The two things we didnâ€™t like were the beds were too soft for us and the shower was difficult to use. Controlling the temperature was difficult for my wife. We were also disturbed by the guests upstairs coming in late at night . Parking was a little difficult and our car got covered in Seagull poo overnight. One of the hazards of visiting the seaside these days!!!"

"Just Beachy is a fab dog friendly beach house in a great location on The Bay Resort. It is just round the corner from the main entertainment hub which includes a bar/restaurant/pizzeria, gift shop/food and drink retailer, games arcade, indoor pool, gym, tennis court, kids adventure playground and just a 5 minute walk from the football pitch and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The house is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds it is well equipped and the welcome basket was a lovely touch!The only negatives I would say are that the TV reception is sketchy but there is Netflix and the lack of instructions for the oven, coffee machine, washing machine (thank heavens for Google). We did have a problem with the side door which owner Paul said someone was supposed to have repaired. His communication was great. If you are wanting to do any of the activities you can book up 3 weeks in advance which I wish I had found out sooner as I could only manage to book swimming for one of the days we were there.I would highly recommend Just Beachy and will definitely be back!"

"Excellent accommodation. Well located just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach. Great enclosed rear garden with plenty of garden furniture. Lots of space inside for a family of 4 and 1 dog. Well equipped.The accommodation was reallly clean and smelt fresh through out. We would love to come back and stay again."

"There was an issue with the property in regards to it had not been cleaned after the previous guests had left, tried to resolve this through Vrbo but they are based in America and this really didn’t suit me as I had difficulty understanding what they were saying and making them understand my issue. Fortunately for me I have used the property several times in the past and contacted the owner directly, who came through and within two hours had sorted the problem out. Problem resolved this property is great to stay in, has everything you need, close to the beach although quite hilly coming back. However there is a new booking system for the swimming pool which we didn’t know about so the pool was fully booked throughout our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at the Bay as it is very clean and tidy and convenient for all the amenities. The host went the extra mile to resolve our problem and for that we are very grateful. Thank you."

"We had a lovely bank holiday weekend and we dropped really lucky with the weather. The house had everything we needed and was really roomy with lots of seats everywhere. It was in a great location for walking down to the beach or into town. Kay was a great host and managed to let us check out late on our last day, which made a huge difference to our last day at the beach. Thank you so much."

"Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online."
