"The Apollo was a 2 minute walk from train station and buses. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. My room (5) was clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of Tea, coffee and milk in room. Also a lovely touch was the biscuits, cartons of juices and bottled water. I would recommend the Apollo."

"The hotel was going through a external facelift...from the completed section it will look super when it's all done. The interior is historic and very attractive. Our room was massive and had a marvellous sea view. Very clean and comfortable."

"Once access gained to caravan ( luckily phone number actually in window of the caravan) it was fine.
Bedding was provided which had we known would have saved a lot of room in the car ( on system it says bedding not provided) but clean, tidy and well placed with parking few steps away.
Good for people wanting to be ten mins from Hastings but not wanting the on site swimming or entertainment. "

"Mould covered the bathroom walls, old out dated mixed furniture, four poster bed no curtain. The curtain rail missing in most places, which needed a good paint job. mattress kept coming off bed.
No Pressure in shower. Tv put on wall lopsided, no one on reception, and when you finally caught up with host she was rude!! Asked us to leave room a day early she'd double booked room!! Dreadful "
"Close to everything! Easy walking distance from the train station, minutes from the town centre and beach. My daughter and I have stayed here twice now and we had the same twin room, which is perfect to crash after crazy golf, fun in the sea, shopping and dining! The receptionist was nice and polite, and although we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel I could see a good selection of beverages behind the bar, and the breakfast room looked nice. For the price, this is a great option for a budget getaway. We will come to stay again, thank you!"
