"We stayed here for my sisters 50th and loved every minute of it. The view from the garden was out of this world, it made the break. The cottage was cosy and whilst some of the decor wasn’t perfect the description was accurate and as described. We will be back, the view was outstanding and lovely wee pubs in walking distance too. "My husband and I loved everything about this property! It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The setting of Broughty Ferry was picturesque and we were able to walk to shops and the beach quite easily. We plan to return and would recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the area! "

"The house was fantastic for four groups of adults the bedrooms are all en-suite with immaculate bathrooms and all very quiet. The main living area is huge and provided plenty of space all the family to enjoy themselves. Close enough to Dundee city centre and waterfront to be able to walk in 30 mins. House was very clean on arrival and this made my wife’s stay very enjoyable. Taypark hotel is just down the hill so this was handy for something to eat or even a drink.Could have done with some...

"A well appointed spacious property ideal for family celebration get together. Ideal location with opportunities to satisfy all age ranges, from shopping, museums, golf and just soaking up the super view in the sunshine from the lovely garden."

"The communication wasn’t as smooth as with other properties I have used on this website. The off street parking doesn’t accommodate a standard family suv although you can park on the street . As we did . Would use again if in the vicinity as it was clean and warm on arrival."
